In addition to many Interviews and Shout Outs, Talking with Heroes:

 

• Went on multiple Security Convoys and Missions in Iraq.
• Was the only non-Iraqi media at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Najaf International Airport.
• Governor Zurfi the Najaf Provincial Governor talked about the progress in their area of Iraq. He also talks about his family who live in Michigan.

• Filmed inside an Aid Station in Ramadi, Interviewed Chaplains in Diwaniyah and Ramadi, Interviewed Major General Jeffrey Buchanan in Baghdad talking about years of progress in Iraq, Filmed inside ALFAW Palace and Inside the Detention Center where Saddam Hussein was detained.

 

Iraq Interviews and Filming took place with the following Brigades: Ft Hood 3rd Squadron 3ACR in Diwaniyah, Najaf, and Kalsu; Ft Bragg 82nd Airborne Troops in Ramadi; Fort Riley Army Soldiers; Maryland and Idaho National Guard, and Army Reserve Soldiers in Baghdad, Iraq.

While in Afghanistan Talking with Heroes filmed:

 

• Enduring Faith Chapel in Bagram Afghanistan, including interviews with Chaplains plus we filmed two entire Worship Services as our Troops embrace their Faith while deployed.
• Inside an Afghan Radio Station while they broadcast,
• Inside an Aid Station,
• Inside A Soldier run DFAC (dining facility),
• Inside a Chinook with care packages from Americans,
• With NATO Training Mission in Kabul and more.
• Interviewed Kansas National Guard Agribusiness Development and four Soldiers who had survived an MRAP being destroyed by an IED the day before.

 

In Afghanistan Talking with Heroes interviewed and filmed with Kansas, Idaho and Oklahoma National Guard, Army, Navy and Air Force Reservists, Active Duty US Navy, Air Force, Army.

 

Talking with Heroes was in Kabul at Camp Eggers and Camp Dubs with the NATO Training Mission, at Mehtar Lam with Task Force Thunderbirds and the Kansas Agribusiness Development Team, at Bagram Air Field with Ft Drum’s 10th Aviation Brigade – Task Force Falcon, Task Force Phoenix and Task Force Mountain Eagle.

 

In Kuwait and Afghanistan Talking with Heroes filmed at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University Teaching Centers at Camp Arifjan, Camp Buehring and Bagram Air Field. Embry Riddle Aeronautical was the Sponsor of this latest Talking with Heroes trip.

 

Talking with Heroes is an Online Talk Show Program that gives military personnel an opportunity to share about the positive work they are doing worldwide. Guests include leaders from military support and veterans groups, ministries, companies, entertainers and others who support our troops and their families. The program is not about politics.
