leaders everywhere from becoming casualties of disastrous real estate
finance transactions.
 
Aikins wrote the booklet for pastors, church leaders, and administrators,
who are planning to purchase, refinance, or build a new sanctuary in the
near future. The goal is to help them to plan and prepare before starting
the process.
 
Aikins states “too many churches are placing themselves in tough financial
predicaments because they fail to plan when borrowing. Often, well meaning
