National Men’s Ministry Gaining Momentum

BRANSON, MO - Men at the Cross returns to churches and arenas this summer to continue the movement of discipleship that launched in cities across America in 2008. Men at the Cross is currently scheduled to be in 13 cities in 2009 and additional cities are being added weekly. By 2011, Men at the Cross anticipates launching the movement in over 48 cities!

This ministry, led by Author, Speaker, and Christian Camp Director Joe White has the vision to “end Spiritual Fatherlessness” by awakening every Christian man in every church to the high calling to “make disciples of all nations” and fulfilling the Great Commission. The theme verse of Men at the Cross comes for the Apostle Paul’s famous charge to his protégé in Second Timothy 2:2, “The things you’ve heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, these entrust to faithful men who will be able to teach other also.” According to Joe White, “our heartbeat is to empower men to reach men, to love a man to Jesus until he is ready to love a man to Jesus.”

Men at the Cross is an interdenominational movement of Christ followers that is passionate about turning the heart of the nation and the world back to God. The mission of this ministry is for every participating church to be filled with radically committed men serving Christ, family, church and the workplace. “Our aim is to come alongside the local church by empowering men to become disciple-makers for a lifetime,” said Joe White, founder of Men at the Cross.

Men at the Cross is in ministry partnership with Cross International, feeding and clothing the world’s least fortunate children, and Kids Across America, a Christian sports camp for urban children.
